After over 15 months of development work, we are excited to announce that the Usechain mainnet alpha has now been launched.

Note: Since the Usechain mainnet is an alpha version, the tokens you get from Usechain faucet or from mining or from other ways are just for test. It has no real value at present!
Technology brings us together.
Usechain was born in late 2017. “I view blockchain as a way to create trust in transactions by strangers on line, it has huge ramifications for finance as finance is built on trust. I believe once the regulators can work out an efficient way to avoid abuses, It will be the future of finance. My startup of Usechain is to participate in this process, and I believe it will take about 20 years to be fruitful.” Usechain founder, Professor Huining Cao once said.
Today, even as we celebrate the launch of our mainnet alpha, we believe that this is just the start of the journey for us all. Looking beyond the launch, we will continue to add new features, enhance the platform, and further our research.

Miner Incentive Mechanism
It cost 5~7 seconds to mine a block on Usechain network, for each block, the reward is 15 USE.
On average, there will be 14400*365=5,256,000 blocks to be mined each year. According to the block reward, a extra total of 78,840,000 USE will be issued each year.

Token Swap
We’ve received multiple enquiries regarding the token swap. We are working with exchanges to support the token swap from ERC20 to native USE tokens, which is expected to commence from June 2019.
Please note that there is no action required from USE holders at the moment. We will release guidelines on how to swap your USE tokens to native USE tokens after the mainnet is stable.
Once all the steps to ensure network stability are finalized, we will make an additional official announcement.
Blockchain R&D Roadmap
Our blockchain research and development team is planning to work on the following areas after the mainnet alpha launch. These topics are non-exhaustive and subject to change along the way.
