Interview with Alban Denoyel, successful entrepreneur and founder of Sketchfab. Everyday he makes presentations, he uses Bunkr to present his business, in this interview he explains you why.
Hey Alban, can you tell me more about yourself, your job and Sketchfab?
I’m Alban, founder and CEO of Sketchfab, a platform that simplifies sharing 3D files.
When and in what context of work do you need to give presentations?
Almost every day, be it internally to prepare for team meetings, to make bizdev and explain Sketchfab to partners or users, for events (meetups and shows …) or for tutorials.
When you create presentations, what‘s most important for you? What do you present?
It is quite varied. Internally, it is rather used for reporting/metrics/reflections. Externally, it is often used to illustrate Sketchfab user cases, so the content has been taken directly from the site or integrated examples of these contents on other sites (Sketchfab embeds).
How do you use Bunkr? Why do you prefer Bunkr rather than the other presentation tools available?
It’s been three years since I started Sketchfab, back in 2012. At the time, I was looking for a modern presentation tool, html5, responsive, a tool that is similar to Sketchfab, capable of supporting more powerful content than just images — such as 3D models hosted on Sketchfab. I found that tool, it’s Bunkr.
How and where do you use Bunkr?
I waited until Bunkr began to support Sketchfab 3D models to really use it ☺ Now that it does, I really see it as our tool to meet all these contexts.
Which applications do you use at work on a daily basis?
Our team works with Google Drive, Google Analytics and Sketchfab content.
What are some ideas you would like Bunkr to implement in the future?
The embed function from a link is just awesome.
