Many agonizing hours of Photoshop training went into the creation of this beauty…

I’m now more than a month into a my new project, Utterly Biased, a weekly newsletter that tells the untold stories behind the week’s news focused on tech, startups, and, pretty much anything else I feel like writing about.

The intention of Utterly Biased is to serve as a megaphone, both in Boston and beyond, so that more companies on the cusp of success can achieve their aspirations and more investment money sitting outside of Boston can find a nice home in New England.

Those inside Boston know that the ventures being built here are truly striving to make the world a better place, sometimes to the detriment of their own promotion.

In the six weeks that I’ve been publishing the newsletters, Utterly Biased has covered everything from young founders’ experiences hiring industry veterans to the well-known local founder who is the Anti-Travis Kalanick to Snap’s IPO to Veracode’s acquisition by CA.

More than anything, Utterly Biased has put the spotlight on Boston companies that are not getting the type of attention they should be. If you want to see some of those under-the-radar startups, check out the newsletter archive.

Spread the word. And sign up to get Utterly Biased.
