We are excited to announce that we have partnered with DeHR to integrate the UTU Trust API into their decentralized human resources platform!

What is DeHR?
DeHR is a blockchain-powered, decentralized recruitment platform that provides a one-stop global career data marketplace that ensures authenticity, ownership and legitimacy of data exchanged. DeHR’s vision is to create a place where the data owners can control, connect, exchange and earn passive income from their data.
DeHR will accelerate the recruiting process and improve the quality of information in the market as the data can now be verified by the community. Hence, it will give its users fair and trusted data for their purposes.
How will UTU and DeHR work together?
Firstly, we will integrate the UTU Trust API into the DeHR recruitment platform. Job seekers and employers will be able to rate and review each other to help other users identify trustworthy entities within the marketplace. UTU’s trust engine, powered by AI and machine learning, will adapt to users’ unique preferences and context for more personalized recommendations. This will improve the user experience on the DeHR platform, increasing the quality of connections and transactions between job seekers and employers. The recruiting process will be conducted in an easier, safer, and more trustworthy way to “Connect to earn”.
In addition, the UTU protocol will ensure reviews and ratings of DeHR users’ and resumés won’t be manipulated.The protocol compensates users who provide accurate ratings and allows full control of data privacy.
