I’m so excited for you. If you’re reading this you’ve likely applied to the Uvaro Tech Sales Training Program and are about to completely redefine your career as you know it.

I’m Dylan. I’m an Admissions Consultant with Uvaro and my role is to help you both understand our program and help determine if it’s the right fit for you.

I’m here to help support you on this journey!

What Is This?

I wrote this cheat sheet to help you breeze through our application process and hit the ground running on your way to being a Tech Sales Rockstar!

With that in mind, here’s how to hack the process:

  1. Be proactive! Book time with me for a quick chat right away. I’m here to help you decide if Uvaro is right for you! And of course, I’m always happy to answer your questions. (Plus, using that link will start to get you familiar with how a CRM works — you’re going to use it all the time in sales!) Eagerness is a great sign that you’re serious about the program and levelling-up your career!
  2. When do you want to start? Our application process typically takes about 15 days. Don’t leave your application to the last minute and miss out. You can always check out our upcoming start dates here (they’re at the bottom of the page).
  3. Complete your Plum Profile ASAP. This is the second step in our application process. Getting it done early not only accelerates the application process, but demonstrates that you’re serious about Uvaro. It helps us understand your skillset, so we can help you maximize your potential. The best part? It only takes 15 minutes!
  4. Don’t have a LinkedIn profile? Let’s change that! It doesn’t have to be perfect, or even complete yet. We’ll be using this throughout your job search, so why not get it out of the way now? (Pro Tip: Make your Headline fun and describe who you are in and outside of work! ex. Tech Sales Professional | Really bad Skateboarder. Don’t blend in — STAND OUT!)
  5. Read this quick page if you’re not familiar with SaaS sales, positions, and salaries. We’ll be talking about potential career paths during our intake process. This will definitely help you understand the rocket ship you’re about to jump on.

Follow these steps and you’ll crush the process. Soon enough you’ll be crushing quota.
