Summer is so close we can almost taste it! But first, finals. We picked some of the best places to study and help you get ready to crush your exams. Here are some places both on and off campus that you might not know about!

On Campus

The Grind in the Library

The Grind in the library is the perfect study environment where you can also get your caffeine fix after those late nights! It’s open from 7:30–8:30 pm Monday through Thursday, 7:30–3 pm on Friday, and 1–7 pm on Sunday.

3rd floor of the Union

If you’re looking for a quiet space, go to the 3rd floor of the Union and take a left. With windows looking right out over campus, this study spot comes with a great view!

Pangea Mall

Soak up some rays while you study on the lawn outside of Lubar Hall. Getting outside can reduce stress and help you think clearer, and might be just what you need to refocus your mind!

In the City

Lakefront Colectivo

Check out the Colectivo on Lincoln Memorial Drive for a great view of the lake and some delicious coffee. With the weather finally getting warmer, the patio is a great place to hit the books outdoors.

City Market

From campus, head north on Maryland Ave. until you hit Capitol Drive and you’ll find City Market! Take a lunch or dinner break while you’re studying and grab some brain food off of their amazing menu.

Stone Creek Coffee

We know coffee is the ultimate finals week fuel, so we had to put another coffee shop on the list. Stone Creek Coffee on Downer has a combination of indoor and outdoor seating and a great selection of coffee to give you that caffeine boost you need.

We’ve had a great year with you Panthers! We hope these spots help make your finals week an A+ and jumpstart your summer fun. Good luck on your exams!
