According to Outerbox stats, 79% of smartphone users have made a purchase online using their mobile device in the last 6 months. 80% of shoppers used a mobile phone inside of a physical store to either look up product reviews, compare prices or find alternative store locations.

As you can see, having a great app user experience matters for E-commerce giants, like Amazon or AliExpress. But if you tried to use both of these apps, you might experience usage problems. Let’s talk about AliExpress and dive deeper into the app.

As a user, I face many UX issues when I want to make a purchase on AliExpress. This is why I decided to create a concept design where I resolve three major UX problems.
