The UX London Archives: 2017
In the run up to the 10th anniversary edition of UX London, we’re taking a look back through the archives with our creator and curator in chief, Mr Andy Budd.
UX London 2017
2017 was another strong year for UX London. We saw Golden Krishna from Google discuss the challenges of the modern digital age; we saw Molly Nix talk about the challenges of designing for self driving cars, and we saw Lysandra Follett discuss the emerging practice of computational design. Josh Seiden and Jeff Gothelf gave a great joint talk on using design more strategically, which proved a wonderful compliment to Barry O’Reilly session on a similar theme. As well as new faces, we had a bunch of old friends back, including Claire Rowland, Stephen Anderson, and Margot Bloomstein. That year we went in hard on the Service Design theme, and may even consider spinning it out into its own event; you never know...
