Mobile banking make it easy for bank customer to deposit, transfer, payment and make it easier to save money.

Problem

All of the problems here are my own assumptions :

  • People who use mobile banking will more often check their balance.
  • People who use mobile banking more often transfer only those closest to them. example (parents & friends).

Persona

User Needs

  • I want to make a transfer to my mother without entering an account number

Solution / Ideation

  • Quick Send with save account number feature makes it easier to make transfers to the closest person
