PRECISION MEDICINE JUST FOR YOU

The following article is part of an MFA project focused on trend forecasting approximately 15 years away and is written from the perspective of life in 2032. Links to associated research are in the copy below.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

This is a new approach to personalized treatment and prevention, allowing doctors to design a treatment strategy using our own genes as guides. In the future, there would no longer be a single medication for all, but rather an individualized treatment for each one of us individually. The market for precision medicine is enormous, attracting new partnerships between corporate behemoths. In January 2018, GE Healthcare and pharma-giant Roche announced a joint venture to co-develop precision medicine products for cancer and critical care. In the U.S., the National Institutes of Health created All of Us, a national program aimed at gathering data from one million Americans to help accelerate precision medicine advancements. — Amy Webb, 2018 Tech Trends Report

EDIT.ME

PRECISELY PERSONALIZED

Sometimes what people considered science fiction, becomes science itself. Cures for smallpox, polio, and more found their way from worldwide affliction to curable disease thanks to advancements in medicine and science. Even in our recent history, Malaria has been cured thanks to genetic editing of mosquitos.

That core concept, of utilizing groundbreaking scientific research to make for longer, healthier lives, is the key of what we are focused on. The ability to edit your genetic code is now available to those looking for safe health care options.

Welcome to EDIT, your personalized health care plan.

OVERVIEW

Using our patented technology, your genome scan results will lead our experts in curating a treatment based on your individual genetic markup. Your body tells us where to look and what to edit. Our trained staff then develops a plan that’s every bit as unique as you are.

What started in 2018 with the Apple Watch 4 and the FDA clearing of its usage as an EKG reader, marked the beginning of a new era of personal medical technology. Never before had people been able to track, share, and collect their health data for personal treatment usage.

EDIT will utilize your unique data in planning for a personal edit to you genome, based on your body’s needs.

It all starts with a simple blood test. Whether you’re using one of our patented smart device applications, or if you’re stopping into one of our locally licensed facilities, a quick test will start you on the path to your personalized consultation.

In all cases, our team will work with you, in-facility or remotely on a preferred time, to discuss familial medical history, predispositions for diseases, and more as we prepare an all-encompassing view of your medical needs and treatment timelines. This isn’t looking into the future, it’s allowing you to choose your present. To see what your DNA holds and lettings us evaluate the effectiveness of potential treatments.

Once your treatment plan is finalized, we begin the process of preparing your edit.

WHAT DOES IT TREAT?

The building blocks of our own company’s DNA rely on data collected from the National Institutes of Health’s All of Us Research Program. This program, which launched in 2018, collected biomedical of over a million United States residents, from all walks of life, to lay the groundwork for precision medicine. The early participants who supported this program opened the genetic doors for countless treatments and research. Research that now allows us to edit human genomes for a wide range of afflictions.

From individuals dealing with Male or Female Pattern Baldness to cases as severe those suffering from conditions such as Hunters Syndrome, early-onset dementia, or cancer, editing will provide the tools to enjoy a longer, healthier life.

There is no standard plan with EDIT, we look at your data and potentially treatable outcomes to arrive at your individualized standard of care.

HOW MUCH IS IT?

You are unique and our pricing structure is appreciative of that. Tailored editing means tailored pricing and our convenient therapy tiers can help with estimating potential costs. In all cases, the final amount is reflective of your precision plan. When addressing the financial outcome of your plan, we look at three different tiers.

Therapeutic EDITS cover treatments for male and female hair loss, specific muscular developments, diet and more.

Preventative EDITS address treatments for Sickle-Cell, Hunter’s Disease, Hemophilia and many more.

Emergency plans are available for unexpected illnesses such as Heart Disease, specific cancers, and others. These will be evaluated on a per-results basis.

WHY EDIT?

With precision science backed by our trained counselors and editors, EDIT allows each of us the tools to unlock a better tomorrow, today.

Visit us at EDIT.ME or via your smart device and make an appointment today for your start of a precise tomorrow.

FINE PRINT: EDIT does not support germline gene therapy. Personal data from wearable devices do not constitute actual diagnosis. Never attempt an edit with non-licensed or opensourced libraries. See our FAQ for the latest updates and availabilities to EDIT.
