In this step, you analyse and rework data you found during research and interviews. The goal is to report the findings and assumptions so everyone involved in a project can understand it, give feedback and start working on the project as fast as possible.

Deliverables: user personas, use cases, user flows, mental models, journey maps or storyboards.
