Here is a simple mockup of how a user might purchase an iPad. The user is engaged by an explainer video demonstrating how the product could be used. Because she has an account, she completes the process by clicking “Buy” and then “confirm.”

Buying Tickets

Venue page >> Buy Tickets >> Choose Seats >> Buy Merch >>Thank You

This is how a user might purchase tickets at a venue. She chooses the date and clicks “Buy Tickets.” In the next screen she adds more detail to her purchase: How many tickets, what seats, etc. Because she is going to see The Grateful Dead, she is given the opportunity to buy their music ahead of time because she has never heard of them.
