Scrum

For Project 3, we were introduced to scrum. Scrum allows the UX process to be sped up while still having a lot of flexibility. It is highly collaborative. Each sprint allows the team to stay on track, on time, and on the same page. During meetings, real time discussions are had which makes it easier to iterate and cuts down on time. I am excited to use this method for our third group project. Even though we are only doing one sprint in class, it is exciting to know that the process would continue and ideas would evolve over time.
