The Job Site is branded with “Find Your Next Job Here” as primary message. This attracts users and is directed to address his/her primary need. Focussed direct communication invites an job seeker to the “Be Like”/ “Wanna Be” theme. Contextual images triggers positive emotion and association which serves as inspiration in the process is seeking next career opportunity.
One could relate to the context as the central banner is based on the theme of user’s desired state in future or work spaces. This intended to guide user to increasingly opt for search resulting in increase in clicks on search. More user would opt to stay and try out search.
Enabling richer user experience to help you find your next job with ease. Interface revamp focus on resolving end user’s pain point though enabling faster scanning available opportunities. Better comprehension of information on Search Result Pages should increase in ability to identify right job. This will increase more time spend and multi-page views which leads to increase in relevant Job Description views. This enables Jobseeker to increasingly apply for right matches.
This is a small adaption from my work in past. Through our strategy and UX design efforts, the Job-Board doubled on key data matrix. The project yielding one of the highest ROI. The strategies were adopted to other products of the organization too for greater impact.
