Nowadays, there are a lot of people who want to work in the User Experience (UX) field, because they already aware of UX and it’s benefits. That’s why companies start to think more about this and looking for employees in the UX field.

The problem is there are a lot of job vacancies from companies in Indonesia and another country. However, it’s difficult to get a job in a good reputation company that suits your skills and passion.

Knowing this problem, UX Indonesia created a new program named UX Talent which is a non-profit platform for professionals who want to have a job and career in the UX field and the companies that need employees in the UX field. Although UX Talent is located in Indonesia, this platform is also open for Australians.
