User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) are now increasingly needed in companies with various fields, because company that having a good UX and UI can make an appearance, not only attractive but also fit with user needs.

Due to the increasing company needs, there are many job vacancies relate to this. The problem is, there are a lot of people who want to get a job and have a career in the UX field, but there’s only a few people that have skills and suits for the requirements.

Knowing this problem, UX Indonesia created a new program named UX Talent which is a non-profit platform for professionals who want to have job and career in the UX field and the companies that need employees in the UX field. Although UX Talent is located in Indonesia, this platform is also open for Australians.
