If you consider speaking as the Runtime, writing as the Compile time and your mind as a Compiler then you should know that most of the disasters happen at runtime, not at compile time. Though most compilers will generate warnings to tell you when you’re using unsafe types. If it doesn’t then your compiler is a total crap.
