Vagabond’s New Home: Dubai Silicon Oasis
Dubai, a global hub for digital assets and blockchain technology, is now home to Vagabond’s headquarters. Our relocation to Dubai Silicon Oasis, a leading technology park, aligns with our mission to spearhead the digital revolution. This move not only marks a significant milestone but also symbolizes our commitment to driving innovation in the digital asset space.
Dubai Silicon Oasis, with its state-of-the-art facilities, robust infrastructure, and clear regulatory environment in the blockchain space, provides the ideal setting for our growth and innovation. Its proximity to leading tech companies and startups offers us opportunities for collaboration and staying abreast of industry trends.
As we settle into our new headquarters, we’re thrilled to contribute to Dubai’s dynamic tech ecosystem and continue to disrupt subpar and unsustainable practices in the production and services industries.
New Company, New Name! Vagabond Solutions
While we continue to embrace the Vagabond name, our official designation has been updated to Vagabond Solutions, reflecting our operational setup in Dubai. This change is more than a rebranding; it signifies our evolution and commitment to providing comprehensive solutions in the digital asset space. We are currently revamping our office space and anticipate being fully operational by 2024.
Vagabond’s Regulatory Journey with VARA
Vagabond Solutions is actively engaged in the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) initiative in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We have successfully completed the first stage of the VARA application process, earning initial approval from the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority for Distributed Ledger Technology Services. This approval allows us to finalize our legal incorporation and operational set-up of our headquarters in Dubai.
We’re now in the second stage of the process, working towards the Full Market Product (FMP) License Application. This stage involves further documentation, feedback from VARA, and additional fees. It’s a process that may take up to 1 to 2 years, and we’re grateful for our community’s patience and support as we navigate this path. As VARA continues to evolve its regulations, Vagabond Solutions is committed to staying informed and compliant, contributing to the development of a robust and sustainable ecosystem for virtual assets and blockchain use.

Vagabond Digital Product Passport
The Vagabond Digital Product Passport (DPP) is a solution that provides a digital identity for products, enabling transparency and traceability throughout their lifecycle. It captures and stores vital information about a product, from its origin, materials used, manufacturing process, to its journey through the supply chain. By leveraging blockchain technology, the DPP ensures the data is immutable, secure, and accessible, fostering trust and accountability in the product’s lifecycle.

Vagabond Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Our newly introduced Vagabond CRM is a comprehensive solution designed to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle. It aims to improve business relationships, assist in customer retention, and drive sales growth. With Vagabond CRM, businesses can have a clear overview of their customers, understand their needs and preferences, and deliver personalized customer experiences, thereby fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Vagabond Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
The Vagabond ERP is another new addition to our suite of solutions. VagaWallet: A Soft Launch with a Major Update on the Horizon
In February 2023, we marked a significant milestone with the soft launch of VagaWallet for both iOS and Android mobile device users. This launch was not just about introducing a new product, but also about strengthening the connection of our community to our ecosystem and the VagaChain blockchain.
We’re aware of some issues users have encountered and assure our community that these will be resolved with the next release of the VagaWallet (v1.0.5), expected by the end of September 2023. This major update will bring a host of new features and improvements, further enhancing the user experience, security, and utility of the wallet.

Anticipating the Launch of VagaSwap
Our community has been eagerly awaiting the release of VagaSwap, the decentralized exchange (DEX) built on the VagaChain blockchain. This platform is designed to provide users with a secure and intuitive interface for trading, staking, and providing liquidity for their digital assets. It aims to enhance accessibility and utility within the VagaChain ecosystem, including compatibility with IBC protocol blockchains such as XRPL, BSC, Cosmos, and others.
We anticipate launching VagaSwap by the end of 2023.
VagaChain Explorer
In addition to VagaSwap, a significant update to the VagaChain Block Explorer is expected by the end of the year or early 2024. This tool released late last year allows users to view transactions, accounts, and more, providing transparency and insight into the activities on the VagaChain blockchain, i.e. similar to wildly known BNB Smart Chain Explorer (BSCscan). The forthcoming update will further enhance functionality and user experience, incl. improved integrations with the VagaWallet.
VagaChain Validator Onboarding Program
Another significant development is the VagaChain Validator Onboarding Program. While it has been postponed for some time, we are committed to launching the program within this year. The validator program will play an important role in maintaining the security and integrity of the VagaChain blockchain, and we are excited to see the positive impact it will have on our ecosystem.
