Becky Buck is the UX Research and Service Design Lead for Salesforce IoT Cloud. Her experience in research for new product development spans diverse industries including public health, pharma, education, insurance, consumer packaged goods, and technology. While working at Salesforce, she has become an accidental expert in business process automation.
