University of Michigan researchers found that 75% of respondents feel that God has forgiven them for misdeeds and mistakes. 60% say that they have forgiven themselves. 52% say that they have forgiven others for wrongs done to them. Only 10% say that we have sought forgiveness from others. The research adds that the deeper levels of forgiveness are associated with greater satisfaction with life and less psychological distress.

What are the consequences of failing to forgive or to accept forgiveness? Who do you need to forgive today? From whom do you need to seek forgiveness?
