How to Withdraw After VAULT Shutdown(2020/02/27 Updated-VAULT Service Ended)| VAULT 停止服務後該如何提領(VAULT已正式停止服務)｜ VAULT 서비스 중단 후 별도 자산 인출 방법 (VAULT 서비스 중단)

Dear VAULT users,

We want to remind you that VAULT service will be shutting down effective 2019/12/26 16:00 (UTC+8).

Please have your assets withdrawn from VAULT before 2019/12/26 15:59 (UTC+8); however, if you are unable to have all your assets removed before the time provided, follow the below procedures.

Please email support@vault.tech from 2019/12/26 16:00 till 2020/3/10 00:00 (UTC+8), and provide the following information:

1.) Your VAULT registered phone number (along with country code)

2.) The designated address for each crypto you would like to withdraw

3.) The balance of your assets in VAULT

Due to system restrictions, we will not be able to accept manual withdrawal applications since 2020/3/10 00:00 (UTC+8). If you encounter any problems, please be sure to contact us before 2020/3/10 23:59 (UTC+8).

Notice:

1.) It will take around 7–14 working days to withdraw manually (holidays excluded).

2.) In order to prevent exchange differences, we will not provide shifting service. Your assets will be transferred to you accordingly to your designated addresses.

3.) Manual withdrawal will be denied if less than minimum withdrawal limit.

提領注意事項：

1. 人工提領需要 7~14 個工作天（不含假日）。
2. 為了避免兌換幣種產生的匯差問題，我們將無法提供兌幣服務，您的資產將會以原本的幣種轉入您所提供的地址。
3. 若資產餘額低於提領門檻，便無法協助手工提領。

수동인출 참고사항:

• 수동인출은 7~14일이 소요됩니다(주말 및 공휴일 제외)
• 암호화폐 환전으로 발생하는 환율문제를 면하기 위해 환전 서비스를 제공해드릴 수 없으며, 귀하의 자산은 제공해주는 주소로만 이전이 가능합니다.
• 보유하는 자산이 최저 인출금액보다 낮으면 인출이 불가합니다.
