February may be the shortest month, but that doesn’t mean there was a shortage of exciting things happening here at Vector. Take a look at some of our most interesting moments of February 2016:

  • James joined our team full time: We are proud to introduce James Turnley as our newest Project Manager for Design and Development. Congratulations James!
  • I joined part time: I’m Rebecca Riddle and I am happy to have become part of the Vector team as Marketing and Content Editor. I’ll be posting on Vector’s blog, so now is great time for me to say hello!
  • Vector hosted the inaugural NYC Podcast Meetup: In early February, a fantastic event took place in our office. We hosted a diverse mix of over 40 seasoned podcasters, interested beginners, and avid listeners for an educational and fun evening for anyone who enjoys podcasts. If you missed this one, don’t worry — you can sign up for the next one at the end of March here: http://www.meetup.com/New-York-City-Podcast-Meetup/
  • We celebrated Stu’s anniversary with — you guessed it — more balloons: After being featured holding a comical number of balloons for the second month in a row (see our January Highlights post to get the full story) we are considering making this a regular feature on our blog. As you can see in the picture below of Stu and Matt, this month we stepped it up a notch and gave him even more balloons.
  • The Vector office had an incredibly cute guest: Matt’s daughter, two and a half year-old Sarah, started off as a guest, but after winning over the office, ended up joining our Sprint Planning Session! Take a look at Sarah heading up the meeting in the photo below.
  • We made updates to the EL Education Site: Following our successful launch of eleducation.org, we have continued to evolve and improve the site. We’ve added new features which include a beautiful takeover, full site search, and new data visualization features, which can be seen here: http://eleducation.org/results/by-the-numbers
  • Allyssa began a creative new project: The design team did over 100 iterations of the logo for one of our clients, Lure Social, before the final version was decided on. Designer Allyssa Price had some design documentation fun by creating a quick stop motion video which captured the process. Below is Allyssa trying to get the perfect shot.
