In Vectornator’s 2.1 update we are focusing on making the color picker more powerful as well as making the app ready for the latest iPads.

Color Palette

Designers often work with specific color swatches and palettes and many of you have been asking us to bring palettes to Vectornator. With 2.1 you can finally save your colors and gradients in our new palette area within the color picker.

Apple Pencil 2 Double Tap

The new Apple Pencil 2 introduces support for gestures. Perform certain actions with a double tap on the pencil and customize the action inside the input settings to your needs.

iPad Pro 2018 Support

Vectornator is now fully optimized for the latest iPad Pro models.

Tutorial Mode

Want to create a draw along or a tutorial video? With Tutorial Mode, make your touches and pencil input visible on the screen. You can find the option within the canvas settings.

Further Improvements

In addition to the wonderful new palette and Apple Pencil 2 support, we made your user experience better with a few bug fixes and further improvements such as:

The dot button in the keypad for changing coordinates and size now works correctly.
Fixed an issue that prevented copy and paste from working.
The app no longer crashes if you revoke access to your photo library.
