Timing:
The token pre-sale will take place between Jan 15 to Feb. 05, 2018.
Presale Offer:
Tier 1 — Upto 1500 ETH
1 ETH = 1000 VZT + 25% Angel Bonus (1250 VZT)
Tier 2–1501 ETH To 5000 ETH
1 ETH = 1000 VZT + 15% Angel Bonus (1150 VZT)
Pre-Sale Minimum Funding Goal — 200 ETH
Maximum supply (hard cap) — 5,000 ETH
Considering the Rise in Ethereum price, we are offering additional bonus of up-to 35% on top of the pre-announced bonus (total 60%) mentioned above for the contribution above 2 ETH.
Token Distribution:
We are creating a fixed supply of one hundred million (100M) tokens, to be allocated as follows:
- 75% to be made available in the token sale (Presale, ICO and bonuses)
- 23% reserved for the team, community
- 2% to coverup token sale cost & bounty
Funds Allocation:
Funds raised through the token sale will be used as follows:
- 55% for development
- 18% for marketing
- 15% for operations
- 10% for legal & securities
- 2% for referral & presale cost
The VZT token Presale sale will accept over 100 Cryptocurrencies including Ether, BTC, LTC, XPR, Wave and Fiat. All the participants will need to create an ERC-20 compliant wallet. MyEtherWallet (web wallet) and desktop wallets such as Parity, Mist etc., can be used to receive ERC20 compliance VZT after the token sale.
