Plug-and-play with Veertly: The customizable and limitless event platform
Currently, the rapid shift from office to #workfromhome is giving us a lot of challenges. Many of us have adapted very quickly to navigate through the #newnormal by using new digital tools.
As a platform for online events, workshops, and conferences, we have decided against building our own video streaming platform, digital whiteboard and other useful tools for your virtual events. Instead, we enable you to integrate the best-in-class solutions and the tools you and your organization already use daily.

Main Stage
On the main stage, you have several options to create the perfect virtual event. With the Main Stage, you can have a video call with all attendees, share a private video stream of you and your presenters, or embed a live stream from all known streaming platforms such as Youtube, Vimeo, Twitch, Zoom, LinkedIn Live, and more… Need additional options? Feel free to integrate any app on the main stage.
Networking
People love our built-in networking area at Veertly. However, we’ll never limit your creativity. If you’d like to explore other innovative and playful networking approaches, simply integrate Wonder.me, Gather.town, or Rally.
Rooms
Veertly’s users often refer to us as the ‘slack of online event platforms’ because they love the integration of pretty much all third-party apps into the rooms. Some of the favorite apps are Miro whiteboards and 3D worlds created by our partner EXP360. Check out this article to learn more about specific apps that can be embedded into a room.
Polls
To make your virtual events and workshops more engaging, Veertly supports online polling platforms such as Slido, Mentimeter, and the like. As a result, real-time audience interactions are leading to more satisfied attendees.
Backstage (Streaming Studio)
To host a professional live stream and invite speakers as well as attendees, onto the stage, we have created the ‘backstage area’. We recommend using Streamyard or Zoom as a live stream studio.
