Flynn (55) has been a devout vegetarian for the past 35 years, an animal rights activist who serves as the patron of the Vegetarian Society in the United Kingdom alongside Paul and Stella McCartney. Recently he was one of the leaders of the demonstrations in Northern Ireland against the opening of a new pig farm.

VeganNation is an initiative founded by four partners from Israel and the United States: Isaac Thomas, Yossi Raybi, Shneor Shapira and Nati Giat. The platform is the first of its kind, enabling vegans from around the world to consume food, clothing and other products from wherever they are, in a comfortable, approachable and more affordable manner. As part of the initiative, VeganCoin will soon be launched as the world’s first vegan currency. So far, the partners have raised more than $ 7 million for the official currency issue.

As part of the collaboration between VeganNation and animal rights organizations around the world, cooperation agreements have been signed with PETA, the largest organization in the world promoting animal rights, as well as Let the Animals Live organization, one of the oldest organizations in Israel.

Flynn joins the board of directors of VeganNation, alongside Alex Mashinsky, Ron Lubash, Ela Gandhi, David Ring and Jenna Dewan.

Flynn: “Vegan Nation is the basis of an international vegan economy that makes vegan lives simpler, more economically and better for the Earth and the soul of each of us. VeganCoin will allow many more to become vegans and thereby contribute to our ecological footprint.”
