In Part 1 of Vendetta Ride, things were heating up in Tombstone. The Cowboys gang was causing trouble, and Wyatt Earp was determined to put a stop to it. Events culminated in the bloody shootout at the O.K. Corral, with bullets whizzing by and men falling left and right. But when the smoke cleared, the Earps had emerged victorious. Three Cowboys (Billy Clanton and two McLaury brothers) lay dead on the ground. Ike Clanton, Billy Claiborne, and Wes Fuller ran from the fight, determined to take revenge on the Earps.

An Ambush in the Night

December 28, 1881 — Virgil Earp had always known that danger was lurking around every corner in Tombstone, but he never expected to be caught in an ambush like this. As he walked down the darkened street, he had a nagging feeling that he was being watched. Suddenly, shots rang out from the shadows, and Virgil felt a searing pain in his back and arm. He fell to the ground, the world spinning around him as his assailants closed in. But Virgil refused to give up without a fight. With a roar of defiance, he drew his gun and fired back, his eyes burning with fury. The ambushers fell back, shocked by his resilience. Virgil survived, but his left arm was crippled for life.

An Ambush More Deadly

March 18, 1882 —The night air in Tombstone was thick with tension as Morgan Earp played his last game of billiards at the Campbell & Hatch Billiard Parlor. With every shot, he felt the weight of the day’s threats bearing down on him, but he tried to focus on the game. That’s when the door shattered into a thousand splinters, and the world erupted into chaos. A hail of bullets rained down on the room, and Morgan felt a searing pain in his back. His spine was shattered, and he knew he was a dead man. His brothers rushed to his side, but there was nothing they could do to save him. As he lay dying on the floor, Morgan whispered his last words: “This is the last game of pool I’ll ever play.”

Vendetta Posse is Born

March 20 — Wyatt Earp knew that the only way to end the Cowboys’ reign of terror in Tombstone was to take matters into his own hands. And so, the famous Vendetta Posse was born. It included Wyatt and his brother Warren, Doc Holliday, “Texas Jack” Vermillion, and other colorful characters. On March 20, Wyatt learned that the Cowboys gang was at the Tucson train station, with a plan to ambush the crippled Virgil and finish him off. The Vendetta Posse rushed to the scene.

The Cold Hand of Justice

The train station became a warzone, with gunfire ringing out from every corner. Stilwell was a coward, Wyatt knew that much. He had seen the fear in the man’s eyes as he stumbled onto the flatcar. Wyatt didn’t give him a chance to beg for mercy. He ran straight at him, shotgun in hand. Stilwell tried to grab the weapon, but Wyatt was too quick. With a deafening roar, Wyatt pulled the trigger, and Stilwell fell to the ground, dead and mangled. Wyatt stood over his lifeless body, breathing heavily. He had avenged his brother’s death, but at what cost? The bloodshed was far from over, and Wyatt knew that he and his posse were in for a long and bloody fight.

The Vendetta Ride Begins

With his posse at his back, Wyatt set out on the trail of the remaining outlaws, determined to bring them to justice no matter what the cost. The road ahead was treacherous, filled with danger and uncertainty at every turn. But Wyatt was a man of iron will and unbreakable spirit, and he would not be deterred.
