Vendible’s virtual land: A graphical DAO interface for unique individuals
Vendible is building a graphical virtual ecosystem to grow, foster, and reward the community that supports Vendible, the Vendible DAO, and those we serve. We have chosen an ecosystem and DAO model to support Vendible’s overall goals and initiatives, knowing that a large distributed group of like-minded individuals and institutions can help us collectively succeed. We want to foster and build a community that helps to build alongside us, with rewards for those who actively participate. This model will help ensure we remain agile and efficient to scale faster than other companies and projects in this new internet age.

Current plans include habitation for City, Farm, Space, and Sea. The DAO will determine how the other spaces develop. Ecosystem development is a long-term initiative, with each area developed before the next expansion. Expansion can also occur vertically into the subterranean land below a plot. Each ecosystem has a specific focus of support. For the city, it is air quality, the farm is food, space is energy, and the sea is water quality. Inhabitants of these ecosystems can support projects in those focus areas.
Our first ecosystem launch is the city, or as we call it, Ible City. Ible City is the hub of activity in our land. A large metropolis at the center of everything, Ible City is an exciting project as we work together to build a better tomorrow. However, there is a problem with Ible City. After years of neglect and pollution, Ible City is covered in thick, toxic smog clouds. Iblers, the citizens of our land, must work together to clean the air. As Iblers merge plots of land, the city becomes better organized, and together, they can clean the air so that everyone has a better tomorrow.
There are a total of 24,000 plots of land in Ible City. Each plot is a unique on-chain asset; these assets can hold ownership of other assets (such as buildings, trees, or monuments). Parks, common areas, public use, and operational and governance spaces make up 6,000 plots. The remaining 16,000 plots of land are open to the public and available to claim by purchasing Ible City NFTs. Ible City NFTs already come with VEND tokens and other great rewards making it one of the most substantial utility NFTs in crypto.
One Ible City NFT gives you the right to claim one plot in the land shuffle. Plots of land generate VEND, the Vendible network token, for the land owner as a part of our revenue share system. You can use VEND to purchase assets to improve the land, attracting more use by citizens, which will earn you even more VEND, or you can stake VEND as part of our revenue share where you receive other assets such as BTC, ETH, ALGO, and others. Just like in real life, location is everything. Plots of land next to the waterfront, recreational areas, and urban centers will have more value than those on the outskirts, resulting in more VEND production. Landowners can help the city organize, clean the air, and increase their VEND yield by merging plots of land.
Ible City is tied to the performance of the Vendible product Trustible. As such, a period of plot claiming and free land merge will take place initially for those Members who hold Ible City NFTs and rank in the top 100 of our Trustible testnet registration. Your position in testnet registration depends upon the number of Ible City NFTs you hold and how many referrals you provide. Starting with rank #1, each Member will have a set amount of time to claim their property and merge plots. Once the time limit has been reached for rank #1, #2 will be able to join Ible City and claim their plots. Once everyone in the top 100 has had their chance to claim their properties, the map opens to the remaining Ible City NFT holders to participate in a land shuffle. During the shuffle, Members will have their plots randomly assigned. If they wish to move their plot of land, they will be able to pay a fee to move to an unoccupied space or agree upon an exchange fee to swap land with another Ibler.
We’ve created this virtual land to showcase some of the features of the Vendible solution. One of the core aspects of the Vendible network is that we prove the uniqueness of each member on-chain through our unique identity verification process uID. uID ensures that there is only one instance of an individual or business in the network. This feature helps developers create bot-less applications or custom authentications where you can ensure that only those you want to admit are in your system (without having to ask them for documentation). In our ecosystem, each Member can only have one account. That means that each person you interact with, whether they are known or unknown, is a unique individual. This trust layer allows us to build a cooperative network where people have accountability while their privacy is maintained. Over time, this ecosystem will evolve and become the graphical interface for the activity and governance of our DAO. We will begin with a simple 2D map to help our members manage their NFTs, rewards, and basic DAO communication.
