Toast to the first Comrade who joined us
Recently, we completed four years as a company (will write a different post about that). Honestly, we didn’t even remember the day or month. It has been the case for past 4 years, we have lost track of time, day, week, month and even year.
One of the best feelings being a startup guy is your team. As a founder, CEO, I have always been proud of my team. On countless occasions, Profoundis has been appreciated for having a well rounded team which is super cohesive.
When four of us founded the company, we didn’t have much clue of what we were doing. It takes a lot of confidence to trust such an early team. There was this guy who trusted a 2 months old company, our first team member outside founding team. Today, he posted his ‘completed-fours-years’ status on Facebook. I felt awesome.
