Are Apple Music bugs making Apple lose customers?

With the Apple Music launch, customers were already questioning its usability. With Spotify and other big name competitors, Apple already made a risky move with the release of Apple Music. Many customers from Apple are reporting bugs that is causing music disappear, and the app to crash. With the shaky release of Apple Music, lots of customers are going back to Spotify, but some are staying with Apple. Apple says they are trying to get all of the bugs out, but can they do it fast enough?
