Could The iPad Pro Be Getting 3D Touch?

Apple might be adding 3D touch capabilities to its iPad Pro line. Attempts by Apple to add 3D touch to iPads through its display hardware just weren’t working, so Apple did not release the iPad pro with 3D Touch. This downfall of the iPad discouraged many users from getting the iPad, but it seems that Apple might have found a compromise.

In testing Apple’s new iOS 10 Beta 3 EverythingApplePro has found that it you pull down the notification center on any iPad Pro and hard press on the clear notifications button, a 3D touch box will pop up with a “Clear All” button.

This is currently the only spot this is found in, and no other places support this. This could be a sneek peek into what Apple is planning on doing.
