Step 1: Quick Sign up
We’ve made signup for Venzee super easy and free. Once you’re done setting up your account, it’s time to start importing your product data immediately. This is the information your manufacturer or supplier sent you via Venzee, CSV, XLS, or XLSX, online form, or from our Integration Marketplace. You’ll see it’s really easy!

Step 2: Shopware Template
Your Source Data has been imported into Venzee. Terrific! Go to Dynamic Data and click “Add”. This is our Template Library… look around and select the Shopware template. Click Next.
Step 3: Mapping
Mapping is where your Source Data gets up close and personal with our Shopware template. This is how we create what’s called a Dynamic Collection.
Look at the attributes in your Source Data, stuff like color, size, weight etc. You’re going to map those attributes against the fields in the Shopware template. If you’re not clear on what fields are required or what kind of data should you use to complete the template fields, click on the little “?” icon to the right to access the tool tip.
Some advanced features when using templates allow you to build spec tables, add padding, do math, and even create brand new content. Be creative!

Step 4: Generate
Everything mapped? Now, it’s time to turn your data into product records compatible with Shopware. By clicking “Generate” and waiting a few seconds (minutes depending on the amount of products being transformed), the Source Data you started with in Step 1 is now Dynamic Data 100% compliant with Shopware. Click “Export” to get the download link in your email and use this file to directly add products and updates to your store.

Your Source Data is now directly linked to your Dynamic Data.
