All new users must create a VeraWallet account.
To create a VeraWallet account, go to https://verawallet.tv.
On this screen, under the “Sign In” button, click “Create account”.
Select your language and enter your email address and password. Be sure to use a unique and secure password — your wallet that will hold VRA assets.
After you enter your email and password, check the box to agree to the T&C and Privacy Policy. You will see a slider in the next step to fit a puzzle piece into an image; this further ensures you are not a bot.
You will then be asked to enter a verification code. The code is sent to you via email. Enter the code and click “Submit”. If you do not get the code, please check your spam folder and that the email address you entered was correct. If you entered an incorrect email, click “Cancel” and restart the process with the correct email address. If you still don’t get code after a few minutes, please click “Resend the code”.
In order to use Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) please download one of the following apps: Authy, Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator.
Use your authenticator app to scan a QR code or enter a 16-digit code manually to add a VeraWallet account to your authenticator app.
Then, generate the one-time code in the authenticator app for your VeraWallet account. This will be a 6- or 8-digit number that looks like this:

Enter this code in the ‘verification code’ field on the next step. Make sure to leave out the space and click “Done”.
Once you enable 2FA, you will need to generate and enter a verification code using your authenticator app each time you are signing into your VeraWallet account.
Write down the16-digit secret Setup Key and keep it in a safe place. If you choose to download an image with your setup key, print it out and make sure to permanently delete the saved file. Do not share this key with anyone. If your device gets lost, stolen or you delete your authenticator app, you will need this secret Setup Key to restore access to your VeraWallet account.
Your setup for signing in is done. The final step is to enter your account details. This is not a “Know Your Customer” (KYC) step, but it is important in case you lose access to your account. If that happens, Verasity can check these details against official ID documents to confirm it is you and not someone claiming to have your email address.
Please note: even if we reset your account to give you access, you will still need your 2FA one-time code, and therefore if you have to reinstall the authenticator app, it is important to have the 16-digit Setup Key to re-connect the authenticator with your VeraWallet account.
Complete your account by entering your name, date of birth, residence country, address and mobile phone number. This information must be true and accurate, providing incorrect or false information could prevent you from using VeraWallet and accessing VRA stored there.
Once you have entered the correct information, click “Submit”.
You have now created your VeraWallet account.
