To say thank you for all your support, and being with us from the start, we’d like to give you a detailed look at our new app!
It’s still a work in progress and hot off the production floor but we’d love to know what you think.
There are three main sections to the app:
Verafier screen:
It’s important to note that the Verasity blockchain is not yet live. What you are seeing here is a simulation of what the Verafier process may look like when we launch the Verasity Blockchain. You’ll be happy to know that the VERA credits you earn through this demo will be redeemable for VERA and will be transferible into your wallet at a later date.
Going from top to bottom you’ll see your Verafier status which states whether you were selected as a Verafier — if you are not selected please try again! The Hash rate, how much VERA credit you have earned, and lastly how many “Active Verafiers” there are at any given point in time.
VeraWallet:
The VeraWallet you see here a representation of what the final mobile wallet may look like. You’ll also notice that if you have been using the Verafier part of the Verasity app your “rewards” will be shown here. You’re likely to see something similar when our full products launch.
It’s worth noting that the Redeem tab will become fully active in the future. This is where you will redeem your tokens at a later date.
VeraPlayer:
Some of you will have seen this before but for those who haven’t — you’re looking at Verasity’s proprietary HTML5 VeraPlayer™. We’ve designed it to be as simple and lightweight as possible so even those who aren’t used to crypto can use it.
It’s fully mobile enabled and you’ll be able to watch a few test videos and see how easy it is to donate to creators, unlock videos, and pay for premium content subscriptions. You’ll also be able to see how we’ve integrated a wallet right into the player itself which makes it easy to track what VERA rewards you’ve received and what you’ve spent. Please note these are simulated transactions just like the transactions you’ll see in the VeraWallet screen.
