Cleverly, avoiding the “extra” expense of carrying rent or other bills related to maintaining a cool room elsewhere. No extra insurance. No business license. No personal meetings. No coffee. No presentations at the front of the room. No risk.
You won’t have to deal with parking or listening to colleagues talk about their weekends. Don’t worry about inconvenient invites to the club house for a quick 9. You can catch up later online. But you’re in your creative space… 24/7. No more unexpected interruptions. Your flow 100% of the time.
