Verge Marketing Update #6
January 17th, 2020
Welcome to a new year and a new decade! We at Verge decided as a team to take a little time off over the holidays (well, everyone except the developers, but we’ll leave most of that for our next Development update) to recharge and re-group but most importantly, as volunteers, spend our free time with family and friends.
BREAK TIME IS OVER, and the market is looking pretty interesting as of late.
Let’s jump right in and recap everything notable that happened since our last marketing update! You’ll also quickly notice that even though we decided to “take some time off” there were a LOT of positive developments happening around our project and community. (Mostly because Mark never sleeps)
ABRA enabled direct deposit and withdrawal of Verge from their exchange/wallet app:

Cryptwerk (a great vendor and crypto acceptance tracking platform) announced that vendors accepting Verge had increased by 335% in 2019:

Maybe a bit of a steal from the upcoming Development update, but one I was particularly pleased with, our new Verge block explorer now lists what mining pool mined the block thanks to Marvin:
Final Thoughts
2020 seems to be starting off quite well for all crypto including Verge. We as a team truly hope you had a great holiday and a New Years.
