Kansas City is coming off an impressive win in their first round of the playoffs defeating the Miami Dolphins 26–7 as -4.5-point favorites in a game that ranks top-5 as the coldest ever played. The Chiefs certainly had the upper hand in this matchup and showed a balanced attack in the game grabbing 262 yards through the air and 147 on the ground. Kansas City scores 21.8 points per game while allowing 17.3 points per game which ranks them 2nd in the NFL. In contrast to prior years, it’s been their defense which has put them in position to clinch another trip to the AFC Championship game.

Buffalo jumped on the Steelers early in their Wild Card game last weekend, scoring 21 first-half points and holding the visitors to one score. Buffalo emerged as 31–17 winners in a game that was pushed back a day due to snow. Buffalo is one of those rare teams in the NFL that are balanced both on offense and defense. On the offensive side of the ball, they are averaging a 6th ranked 26.8 points per game and tout a fourth-ranked 374 yards per game while allowing 18.3 points which ranks 4th in the NFL.
