Remember that new year resolution that you made back in January? The one about working out and keeping fit? News flash! We are really close to hitting the middle of the year. And it’s duly time to make those resolutions come true! If you think working out only involves sweat and tears, think again! There are many other activities that makes exercising fun and enjoyable! 1. Make Moves with Spanish Dance

Whether you are an expert in dance or otherwise, dance is a great way to get yourself in shape while having lots of fun. Spanish dance, with its signature dance forms such as Flamenco, helps you to train your lower-body muscles.

Learn four different types of Spanish dances in this class — Flamenco, Classical, Regional/Folk and Escuela Bolera — either under the trial or dance lessons.

2. Join a Fitness Bootcamp

3. Exercise while You Dance Street Jazz

If Spanish dance is not your cup of tea, how about giving Street Jazz a go? This dance genre comes with many different health benefits, including greater flexibility and endurance. Learn under the guidance of Su Yun, a highly trained dancer who performs locally with Flamenco Sin Fronteras, and overseas as a soloist. While Street Jazz comes with a lot of hard-hitting moves derived from hip-hop and breakdance, it has its smooth moments too — great for you to attain muscle control.

4. Climb to Reach Your Fitness Goals

You don’t have to be Spiderman to climb walls! If you’re looking for an activity that not only brings you closer to your fitness goals but also gives you a unique experience and a certificate, then here’s one for you! Join Gorilla Climbing Gym as they run through the basics of sports climbing.

5. Jumpstart Your Fitness Game

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) has become the “in” thing because of its potential to torch maximum calories in minimal amounts of time. So how about adding some fun trampoline action together with your high intensity workout? You can take away basic and different styles of jumping, and improve your metabolism rate, core strength and endurance.

6. Gallop Towards Your Desired Body
