New Requisition Fields on Career Site for Job Search Results List

More job requisition fields can be enabled for the job search by the candidate. This helps the candidates to get better suitable results for the job search they perform.

These fields can be enabled by customizing the configuration of the search results page.

Additionally, the following buttons can also be displayed:

· Favorite icon

· Share icon

· Arrow icon

· Apply button

Verification of previously used Email addresses and New Profile creation

If there is a candidate who has previously created a profile and applied for a job in the past, they can now authenticate their new login using their existing credentials and an email will be sent to their email address.

After confirmation using last name or date of birth, they can proceed with their job search and application. However, if they fail to log in then they can create a new profile using the same email address and a verification code needs to be entered. In such cases, the previously associated profile with that email ID would be discarded by the system and marked as unverified.

Enhancements in Cookie consent features

New categories for cookies have been created so that the candidates can decide which cookies they want to accept and which ones they would want to decline.

By default, Strictly necessary cookies would always be active.

Create Paragraphs on the Career Site using Generative AI

This AI assistant is the new feature that allows paragraphs in the career site builder. The user needs to enter keywords and the AI assistant will generate a paragraph out of it.

Phone and Email details on the Job Application

During the import of the candidate profiles from other platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, or by resume parsing partners, now the phone and email details would be imported as well. This feature would be enabled by default in 24B Upgrade. If the email and phone fields are disabled, no data will be imported into them.

Edit Communication preferences in the Job Application

The candidates can now edit and update their email address and phone number in the job application. Previously, this could only be done in the candidate’s profile section. Also, candidates can choose their preferred communication method by selecting Use for communication against email address and phone number fields.

Discontinuation of Modern Career Site Template

As per the 23B upgrade announcement, the Modern Template for the career site has been completely phased out and the Minimal template will henceforth be the only one available for usage. This has been improved to include features from the Modern template as well.

This design template will be disabled by default.

Automatically populate schedule owners in the Interview Template

Apart from the creator of an Interview Schedule, the requisition can now have a Schedule owner as well. This applies to Interview Schedule templates and requisition-specific schedules. The owner of an existing schedule can also be modified by the Interview coordinator. Schedule owner is a mandatory field and needs to be populated, if there’s no user then the interview coordinator will be the schedule owner.

On the interview schedule template, the owner is an optional field, and an administrator can update it on the template.

This enhancement is available by default and autocomplete rules can be used to automatically populate the Schedule owner using the Object defaulting rule type.

Reporting for outbound messages

Earlier there was no way to track the messages sent to Candidates. A new report has been provided by Oracle to check how many messages were successfully sent and undelivered or blocked. The report can be generated to fetch daily data, monthly data, or 2-yearly data.

The report also categorizes the messages based on notifications configured in the Recruiting Content Library. If the message does not belong to any category, it is noted in the Miscellaneous category.

New Action to Add and Remove Candidate Labels

In the Candidate selection process configuration, there is flexibility to automatically add or remove labels of the candidates. When the candidates move from one phase to another, the respective labels would be added or removed. There will be no need to manually update the labels by the recruiter.

This automation can be done using a fast formula for moving candidates from one phase to another.

Recruiting Activity Centre — Configure Activity Priority

The activities in the Recruiting activity centre can be prioritized (low, medium, and high) as per the business needs. There is a predefined priority level, but it can be modified to cater to the specific business requirements of the organization.

Recruiting Activity Centre — Job Offer Preview

When there is an activity about a Job offer in the Recruiting Activity Centre, that can be opened to have a detailed preview of the offer.

It is enabled by default and a preview can be opened by clicking on the activity in the Recruiting Activity Centre.

Redwood Experience

For Rule-based Candidate Pools

In the Redwood interface, the candidate pools can be configured based on certain rules which can automatically add candidates to the pool.

For the Job Requisition Details Page

The overview of all details of the job requisition page has been improved in the Redwood interface.

Generative AI has also been added to the posting description section.
