With 24A quarterly update Oracle has come up with interesting features mostly Redwood and AI driven. The overall application look and feel has been made seamless and cohesive. Each quarter Oracle is bringing in interesting features to make end user’s life easy and comfortable.

Performance Management

👉 MANAGER EVALUATIONS IN PERFORMANCE DOCUMENTS

As a manager one can make use of AI at managerial evaluation stage in Performance Document. With the help of AI Assist button, tips and content can be used as a reference while providing overall summary at employee’s performance evaluation stage.

👉 REQUESTED FEEDBACK

For each requested feedback question, employees can make use of AI Assist button to generate responses automatically and then simply click on submit button to send feedback to a colleague.

Goal Management

👉 INTRODUCING TEAM GOALS CENTER

Managers can now view and manage their direct report’s performance and development goals using Team Goal Centre quick action from My Team. Managers can view statuses for performance and development goals.

👉 AI ASSISTANCE IN GOAL CREATION

With the help of AI employees can create performance and development goals. In order to take benefit of this feature, one has to type in the goal title and then click on Use AI Assist button. This will automatically generate the content based upon the title we’ve entered. This feature will help in saving a lot of time and make the goal completion process easy.

👉 FEATURE NAME CHANGES FROM BEST TO SUGGESTED

With this upgrade feature names have been modified from “Best” to “Suggested”. This feature has been implemented for the user to decide which is the best option from the suggested candidate/successor/career.

· Best Successor to Suggested Successor

SUCCESSION MANAGEMENT

👉 BEST-FIT FEATURE

Succession planning process can be made seamless by using Best fit feature to find suitable candidates on succession plan screen. This feature can be used on candidate section “Add using best-fit” button. After specifying the Model Profile, Criteria and Overall fit percentage, we just need to select the person.

👉 Bookmark Learning Items

Learners now have the capability to bookmark learning items they intend to revisit or complete later by adding them to their HCM Journey Task List. This enhancement enables learners to conveniently monitor and plan for future enrolments in desired learning activities.

👉Recommended Learning Picks by Managers and Peers

Learners receive recommendations for learning based on what’s popular among their managers and peers. These suggestions are influenced by the number of voluntary completions from the learner’s managers and peers in the past 6 months.

👉 My Learning Status Badge Change

Badge colour codes have been updated for consistency. In the current learning view voluntary assignments, overdue required assignments and other required assignments are colour coded. This enhancement ensures uniformity in status badge colours.

Administrators now have the capability to review an instructor’s availability before assigning them to an Instructor Led Offering.
