Journeys

Control Search on Assigned Journeys Tab

Now you will be able to search for assigned journeys to an employee by using their names only. As a business, you can choose to enable the search using both the Journey Name and Person Name or by person name only.

Open External URL on Same Assigned Journey Page

Oracle now opens external URLs within the application and skips the need to open the external URL in a separate window. Making the employee's onboarding journey more seamless and fluid.

Workforce Structures

Route Position Approvals To The AOR Of The Parent Position Incumbent

Oracle is now able to route approvals to the representative of parent positions incumbents. So far it was able to route approvals to parent positions incumbents only but now with this added functionality, complex approvals and scenarios can be catered. This feature is applicable to the below approvals:

· Request New Position

· Request Position Change

· Edit Position

· Delete Position

· Delete Date Effective Position Record

Use the Workforce Structures Work Area to Access Its Redwood Pages

To have a consistent and seamless experience, you will now be able to access Oracle Redwood pages from Workforce Structures. Previously it was the classic pages that opened from Workforce Structures but now based on the configuration of profile options, you will be able to open Redwood pages.

Redwood Experience

Redwood Experience for Pending Workers

To have a consistent and seamless experience, you will now be able to use the Redwood page as the Pending Workers area. You can perform different actions for a pending worker, such as adding a pending worker, converting a pending worker including or excluding a pending worker for autoconversion, edit a pending worker, etc. This page is disabled by default but can be enabled with a profile option.

Redwood Experience Enhancements to Share Data Access

There are further enhancements to the feature of the Redwood Share Data page which was introduced in 23B. In addition to previous fields, you will now see a Photo of the recipient, details of recipients, and expiration date. Please note that the expiration date is for reporting purposes and will not revoke access automatically. This will be available in a future release.

Document Records

Tags to Support Document Type Classification and Grouping

To help with a better categorization of documents, Oracle has added a Tag feature. Now you will be able to add Tags to all document records. This will help with better reporting and filtering for documents. The system comes with three tags as a starting point but you can add as many as you want.

· Employment
