Upwork: A Revenue Generator for Startups
Starting a business can be overwhelming, especially when it comes to finances. But don’t worry, there are plenty of resources out there to help you get started.
Loans are not always available to entrepreneurs at the start of their business journey. My two friends and I are starting a tech news website and media production company. Our fearless leader suggested that we use freelance websites to find work, as we each have unique and in-demand skills. This is a great idea that I would not have considered otherwise.
Until the finances are figured out later on, it’s important to have some sort of revenue stream. This can be used later to aquire more funds or even pay for services like software that are crucial to the beginning stages of the business.
