Wake up. Eat. Brush your teeth. Go to work. Work. Eat. Back to work again. Go home. Perhaps have a little bit of me time. Maybe exercise. Shower. Sleep.

Often we find ourselves in this routine, constantly looking at the clock, hoping for the day to end while at work. At the same time, we are sad that it is ending and we already have to go to sleep, only to do everything all over again. It even feels like Groundhog Day sometimes.

You keep doing this to yourself, mostly because you believe that it is the only path towards happiness. Remember: you are the only one that can break this cycle.
