  • Are your clients asking you about ‘Whisker Fatigue’? A June 5th article in the New York Times presented the ‘new diagnosis’ as a consequence of improper feeding bowls for cats. Representatives for the AVMA, AAFP, and Tufts Cumming School of Veterinary Medicine all remain skeptical, and JAVMA literature does not support the existence of such a condition.   • Canine influenza (strain H3N2) is causing problems in the USA again — this time in the Southeast, especially Florida and Georgia.
