  • The FDA has identified this as a Class I recall, the most serious type of recall. Use of these devices may cause serious injuries or death. Fresenius Kabi has recalled their Volumat MC Agilia Infusion Pump and Vigilant Agilia Drug Library due to a “Low Priority” “Keep Vein Open (KVO), End of Infusion” alarm and multiple software errors.   • Texas Tripe, Inc. based in northern Texas voluntarily recalled 35 lots of various products for potential Listeria monocytogenes and Salmonella contamination.The FDA is warning pet parents to throw away any frozen product that they have recently purchased from Texas Tripe Inc., as Salmonella and L. mono can affect both human and animal health.
