In our constantly on-the-go society, there is always pressure to do more. You could be working a full-time job, maintaining a household, pursuing a degree, nurturing relationships with family and friends, and (if you’re lucky) finding time for your various hobbies. Layer the stress of preparing for the holiday season on top of that and you have a recipe for, well… straight-up not having a good time.
When the new year rolls around, this pressure intensifies as thoughts of the next year loom. What will you do to make the best of the coming year? What will the year have in store? It’s thoughts like these that inspire many to make New Year’s Resolutions…. but we’re going to take a different approach here.
What do you resolve to not do in 2022? What negative and toxic thoughts & things are you planning on giving the boot?
