Vetcove Tip
For this week’s Vetcove Tip, we wanted to showcase our ⭐️ Manage Users ⭐️ feature!
From the Account & Settings page, navigate to the “Manage Users” tab on the left-hand side. This is where you can add, remove, or modify any existing users on your Vetcove account! By creating separate logins for your staff you are able to:
✨Set customized permissions for each user
✨Track who places specific orders and makes cart modifications
✨Monitor who requests/redeems Vetcove Cashback
To keep your account secure, always remember to:
✅Make sure you’re only giving logins to current/active hospital team members
✅Don’t give access to external parties/companies
✅Be sure to remove staff members that are no longer with the practice
✅Don’t share logins! Each person that uses Vetcove should have their own unique Vetcove login.
