Tara McPherson
Tara McPherson is an artist based in New York. Exploring concepts surrounding the human condition, her characters hold a tension in their gaze. Inspired by mythology, astrophysics, nature, love, loss, and good old life experience. Her portraits delve into the realms of our psychological states, giving us a peek into the complexities of the human psyche through her other worldly archetypes.
Tara exhibits her paintings and serigraphs in fine art galleries all over the world. Named the crown princess of poster art by ELLE Magazine, she has created numerous gig posters for rock bands such as Beck, The Pixies, and Metallica. She has worked with Sony Pictures Animation doing character designs & creative development. Her array of art also includes a variety of toys with Kidrobot, painted covers for DC Vertigo Comics, advertising illustrations for Wyden+Kennedy, Barton F Graf, Publicis, and Bernstein Andrulli. She taught in the Illustration department at Parsons in NYC for 4 years.

Camille Rose Garcia
Camille Rose Garcia was born in 1970 in Los Angeles, California, the child of a Mexican activist filmmaker father and a muralist/painter mother. Her work is heavily influenced by her childhood spent visiting Disneyland and going to punk shows with the other disenchanted youth of that era. Garcia’s layered, broken narrative paintings of wasteland fairy tales are influenced by William Burroughs’ cut-up writings and surrealist film, as well as vintage Disney, and Fleischer cartoons, acting as critical commentaries on the failures of capitalist utopias. Garcia’s pieces blend nostalgic pop culture references with a satirical slant on modern society.

Vultura Macabra continues Camille Rose Garcia’s passion for the unmistakable scavengers which began with the twin vultures seen in Snow White. MunkyKing x Luke Chueh
MunkyKing started in ’03 in Chinatown LA, Southern California’s first designer toy store. They expanded to a gallery and flagship store on Melrose, fueling the genre’s growth with art shows, signings, releases and events. The brand has moved away from retail and spent the last decade creating designer toys with a roster of renown pop-surrealist artists.
Born in Philly, raised in Fresno, Luke Chueh, pronounced CHU, studied graphic design at Cal Poly (BS in Art & Design). After an award-winning illustration and design career, Chueh moved to LA in 2003, launching his fine art career at the iconic, underground art show, Cannibal Flower. Chueh has since grown into an LA art scene staple, employing minimal color schemes, simple animal characters, and an endless list of ill-fated situations. He stylistically balances cute with brute, walking the line between comedy and tragedy, and has been featured in galleries worldwide with many paintings turned into vinyl toys.
Ghost Bear (blind box)
Introducing the digital collectible editions of Ghostbear, in a drop day blind box with four color variants! Based on the character created for a four-panel web comic by Luke Chueh, Ghostbear explores themes of life, death, and lactose (and alcohol) intolerance. VeVe’s drop of the Ghostbear marks the character’s entry into the world of NFT art.

Mister Cartoon
Mister Cartoon is born and raised in Los Angeles and was immersed in art from an early age. He began his career as a graffiti artist before branching into murals, album covers, logos, and now most famously known for his tattoos. His richly detailed, hand-rendered designs pull much of their inspiration from the Los Angeles of Cartoon’s youth. At one time, the black and grey, fine line style was synonymous with LA street life. Cartoon’s work has continued into the 2020 documentary film LA Originals released on Netflix, documenting the rise of Cartoon and his continued successful transitions between creative endeavors across three decades.

Introducing Bronson, a laid back cat who grew up in auto body and tattoos shops. Bronson is inspired by Cartoon’s old cat who used to hang out at his old tattoo shop and became one of Mister Cartoons Signature Icons. His eyes are designed to match Mister Cartoons favorite car the 1959 Chevy Impala.
