Need an App for Your Festival? Look no Further.
Music festivals are fun, but for those organizing them, they are also time consuming and can be extremely expensive. We had this in mind when planning out our platform that allows festival organizers to create their own native mobile app for Apple and Android phones. It doesn’t require any coding skills, just a few clicks and a credit card (or a bag of VIB tokens).
The app has all the necessary features, including lineup, running order, photo gallery, ticket links, experiences and a chat. But more importantly, it sources all the dynamic content for performing artists directly from Viberate, so you don’t have to waste your time updating their photos or music. We’ve got your back!
The average festival goer usually takes their phone to the festival and unless it ends up in a porta potty or smashed somewhere in the mosh pit, it’s usually the weapon of choice when they need to find out anything about the event. And instead of googling for the festival’s official website and then nagging over not having a responsive design, fans can now have a dedicated and a totally awesome looking app. They can save their favorite acts and get a reminder for when they’re up on stage or receive important updates through the app or in the chat (which is also great for looking for that ultimate festival romance ;))
Right now, we are doing live beta testing with Metaldays, Punk Rock Holiday and Castle Kolpa Fest. When we’re completely satisfied with everything, the platform will go live and festival organizers will be able to get their app for a fraction of the price they would have to pay if they wanted to develop one on their own. It will be charged to their credit card on a monthly basis, or paid in VIB tokens (with a discount!).
For our most loyal VIB bag holders we will even introduce a special discount scheme. The more VIB you will hold in a certain period, the lower the monthly price, so HODLing pays off! A discounted scheme for VIB HODLers will later be implemented across all Viberate’s business models, but that is the topic for a whole new blog post.
