While the worldwide lockdown continues, our online lives are as busy as ever. In April, we launched a service that helps musicians track their online performance, and even calculated some stats about ourselves.

But that’s not all that happened in the past month. Here’s the longer list:

Viberate among the best European startups

We were proud and delighted to see our name on Seedtable’s recent list of “European tech startups to watch in 2020”. Being in the company of other renowned names, such as SoundCloud, N26 and of course Eligma, is always a good sign we’re doing something right.

FastStats — music industry stats monitoring made simple

To help artists stay on top of their online presence (which is now as important as ever), we’ve created FastStats. Like the name suggests, it’s a service designed for easy cross-channel monitoring of fan and follower growth, which brings Viberate data together in an easy-to-use dashboard.

With FastStats, we hope to help artists and their teams better manage their time and efforts and get back to securing gigs as soon as possible. Of course, the service is free and can be used on mobile or desktop.

Over 100 editorial articles published

Another important milestone in terms of content is publishing 100 articles on our platform. Over the course of the past few months, our editorial team was tireless at researching, interviewing and creating, all to bring interesting, in-depth insights and valuable first-hand advice to our users.

Here’s the celebrated 100th article: an interview with IDMA-nominated Trance artist Alessandra Roncone, in which she discusses her career and also gives some pointers to up-and-coming DJs and producers.

Our own isolation stats

Last but not least, we decided to have some fun while crunching numbers and updating the platform, so we did an internal survey of our home office habits and decisions during distancing.

Here’s a taste of the stats.

What came out was a fun and quirky dive into our everyday life, which covered almost everything from our style choices to binging on “Tiger King”. Plus, we also put together a go-to playlist. See for yourself:

April was busy, but we promise May will bring even more good stuff, which will be revealed right here. Stay tuned.
